Our Refund Policy is as follows,

• If you have used up features of the plans or downloaded the product, and they are working fine, you are not qualified for any refund at all by us. 
• If you have used up features of the plans or downloaded the product, but there seems to be problem with the product, you qualify for the refund only if we are not able to solve your problems within reasonable amount of time.
• If you have used up features of the plan or downloaded the product, but it’s not working and problem still persists a week after as well, then you are eligible for your refund without any questions further.
